📦 Return & Refund Policy (English)

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How Returns Work

To start a return, contact us at redwhiteselect@gmail.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size, or simply didn’t work out — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged product) — we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable goods (including food, beverages, pet food, supplements, or similar consumable products), custom products, personal care items, or hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same conditions as above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

  • The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.
